By accessing the q7979 platform, opening an account, or participating in any games, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to this Agreement, please stop using our services immediately.

This Agreement serves as a legally binding contract between q7979 and its players. q7979 reserves the right to make changes to the games offered on the platform, payment and withdrawal methods, and operational matters. Changes will take effect from the date they are published on this page.

Each player is allowed to open only one account at q7979. If it is found that additional accounts have been opened from the same system, the account may be temporarily suspended or permanently deleted.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide your correct name, phone number, and payment details.
• You must not use a bank account or payment system that does not belong to you.
• You must control your account yourself and must not give access to anyone else.
• Do not share your password with others — the player is solely responsible for account security.

2.2 KYC Verification

Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal or when requested by q7979. Withdrawal restrictions may be applied until KYC is complete. If false information is found to have been submitted, your account may be closed immediately.

Deposits at q7979 can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks, and the payment account name must match the name registered on your q7979 account.

• If you enter an incorrect deposit amount, contact us immediately via Live Chat.
• Payments from third parties (anyone who is not a family member) cannot be accepted.
• Transaction fees may be charged by the payment service provider and are not covered by q7979.
• All deposits will be processed within 2 hours after review by q7979.

Withdrawals can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks, and the standard processing time is 10 to 45 minutes (Myanmar Standard Time, MMT).

4.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is complete.
• Balances that include bonus funds will be checked for wagering requirement completion before a withdrawal is processed.
• The payment account details provided for withdrawal must match the details registered with q7979.
• Withdrawals suspected of fraud may be placed on hold during the investigation period.

q7979 offers new players a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit (up to 200,000 Ks). To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.

5.1 Bonus Restrictions

• Each player may claim the welcome bonus once only. Claims made through duplicate accounts may be cancelled.
• Bonus will not be awarded for deposits made via external payment methods (e.g. wire transfer, bank card) — bonus is only available through KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay.
• If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited.
• If a breach of promotion policy is found, q7979 reserves the right to cancel the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.

The q7979 VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Level progression is determined based on each player's playing activity and platform usage.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Cashback is credited periodically and may be subject to withdrawal conditions. VIP levels are reviewed periodically by q7979 and are subject to change.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the q7979 platform. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance, and further legal action may be taken if necessary.

• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses through illegitimate means or attempting to circumvent wagering requirements through other methods
• Attempting to exploit unintended game patterns (game exploitation) to generate a favourable outcome
• Attempting to attack or disrupt the platform (hacking / DDoS)
• Using the platform to conduct money laundering
• Opening or verifying an account using another person's KYC information
• Using automation (bots, scripts) to bypass platform security systems

If a game round is interrupted during play due to a network failure, server issue, or display error, q7979 will reconcile the outcome of that round against server records. q7979 is not responsible for interruptions caused on the player's end.

Only results issued by the game server are considered official results. Display errors on screen will not be accepted as results.

q7979 protects players' personal data using SSL encryption. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent under any circumstances (except where required by law). For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.

q7979 may temporarily suspend any account without prior notice if there is suspicion of violating these terms or when an investigation is required.

When an account is closed, any remaining balance (after removing bonus funds and winnings derived from them) will be returned following a review. q7979's decision is final.

If a player wishes to close their account, they can contact us via Live Chat and the remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be withdrawn.

q7979 is not responsible for players' gaming losses, decline in winnings, or losses arising from temporary account suspension. The platform is provided "as-is" and no warranties of any kind are given.

Game results are random and are not controlled by q7979. Casino games may have inconclusive situations, and such cases will be resolved using q7979's server records.
